What it is
Modified-bitumen sheet membrane bonded to the substrate with an open flame — a proven system for roofs, podiums and planter boxes where the specification calls for it.
How we install it
Primed substrate, torch-applied bitumen sheet with lapped and sealed joints, upstands and penetrations detailed by hand. Installed on remedial works where the head contractor’s specification nominates a torch-on system.
